It is cheaper and lighter than metal, but far more durable outdoors than foam or raw 3D-printed plastic. Use a galvanized steel frame and UV-resistant automotive paint so it stays structurally stable, handles Indian weather, and can be repaired cheaply by any local fiberglass workshop.
