Yes, but not for this wrench. The separate factory promo says “all of them are under the $3,000” while showing helmets, cartoons, cats, clowns, and robot-like pieces. The wrench never appears.

Expected case: $1,500 sculpture + $350 crate + $450 Hefei pickup/export + $350 LCL ocean + $30 insurance. Customs value: $2,680.

The model reserves 40.39% of customs value for duty/tax, using a secondary tariff mirror for chapter 39. That rate was not independently returned by the live 2026 ICEGATE backend, so it is a conservative reserve, not a verified filing rate.
